    Based in Peterborough, Chris Skidmore is a personal trainer with over 15 years’ experience in helping people to reach their fitness potential.

    Jane and Natalie started training with Chris last year - here they are, triumphant after completing their first long distance race.  They’ve set a half marathon as their next target!

    However, certificates aren’t everything and as with most things in life, experience is the key.  Chris started his career in fitness as a teenage sprinter with Peterborough athletics club and since then he has accumulated a broad range of coaching experience in athletics, basketball, cricket, and martial arts.  More recently, he has been working with both private clients and with the local council to help get Peterborough fit.  His client base includes private clients aiming to improve their fitness and personal image, elite athletes, rugby players, martial artists, obese families, residents of a retirement home, stroke sufferers, schools, and a secure unit for young women.
